Our goal is to train our students in computational thinking, which is the ability to analyse problems deeply, break them into smaller parts and creatively apply past experience to solve them.

Riva was started by Gobind Bansal, who has spent over a decade exploring his love for technology while working alongside the greatest minds at Amazon, Google and IBM. He strongly believes that early education is the most effective vehicle to develop strong leaders for tomorrow. In his own words, "computing knowledge is as essential as learning Maths and English - if not more - in today's highly digital world where computers are driving your cars and ordering your favourite food".

With expertise spanning operations, strategy, and marketing, she has held various leadership positions working at Apple, BCG and Amazon. Most recently, Suruchi was Head of Marketing for Amazon Fashion in Europe.
GOBIND BANSAL

Computer scientist by training, he has a Bachelors degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), a dual Masters degree in Computer Science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and National University of Singapore (NUS), and an MBA from London Business School. He has worked in various technical and business leadership roles with Amazon, Google, IBM and M&S.
